Arrival and departure

Your room will be ready no later than 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Coming late? If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please give us a quick call at 0043 5243 5166 and let us know. Check-out on your day of departure by 11 a.m.

Your Gramai bonus - Enjoy early arrival and late departure!

Arrival: It is also possible to arrive before 2 p.m. We are happy to welcome you already for breakfast (extra charge of € 29.90 per person including 1 glass of Prosecco). On request, we will be pleased to provide you with a wellness bag with a cozy bathrobe, sauna towels and bathing shoes, so that you can already use all the facilities of the Natur Spa (from 09.00 a.m.).

Departure: Let your holiday end relaxed. Take advantage of all the amenities of the Nature Spa and enjoy your last holiday day to the fullest. We only ask for room check-out (until 11.00 a.m.). Just keep your wellness bag with the cozy bathrobe, sauna towels and bathing shoes and return it at the reception before your departure. (For 1 and 2 nights at an additional cost of € 20.00 per person)

Cancellation

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Our cancellation policy is in line with Austrian Hotel Regulations. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation:

no cancellation fees up to 3 months before the day of arrival
up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total package price
up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
In the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price
non-arrival or early departure 100% of the total package price

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are rented out again wholly or even partially.

Deposit payment

We will confirm your reservation once we receive your deposit of € 200.00 (fee-free money transfer).

In case of reverse transfer of the deposit paid, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 50% of the deposit!

Dogs

You are welcome to take your beloved "four-legged friend" with you on holiday on request. We charge EUR 18,00 per day for your dog up to a shoulder height of 40 cm and EUR 25,00 per day for larger dogs. (Because of the extra work in our Wald.Loft we charge an extra fee)

To make your pet feel at home, we are happy to provide a "welcome treat" package, a dog bowl and a dog towel.

We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in some room categories, nor in the Alpine garden and the nature spa. Dogs may only be brought along by prior arrangement. (Cleaning fee EUR 100,00 if required)

If we are not informed otherwise, we charge the standard price for dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm. (We reserve the right to make an adjustment on site for larger animals).

E-Bike Rent

For this we charge a small fee of € 35.00 per bike including helmet per day

Fees

Tourist tax: The local tourist tax of € 3.00 per person per night is not included in the list price and will be shown separately. Children under 15 years are exempt from the tourist tax.

Toll road fee: There is no public road leading to the Gramai Alm. Therefore, a toll of € 7.00 must be paid in cash when entering the Karwendel Nature Park. For our house guests this is of course only to be paid once!

Mobile phone reception

When a disadvantage turns into an advantage.

No mobile phone reception. With one exception. Our philosophy: We take "switching off" literally, and it is for this reason that there is no mobile phone reception.

But of course that doesn't mean that we wish to patronize our guests. Therefore, we have the so called "Händybaum" ('Mobile phone tree'). Here - but only here - you can get full reception for those calls that really cannot be avoided.

Nature Spa information

Bathing shoes: You can get them free of charge at our hotel reception. Out of consideration for the environment, these are not automatically in the room. You are welcome to take this home with you as a small souvenir of your alpine holiday.
Treatment appointments: Have you already reserved spa appointments? So you can really get the rest and relaxation you want, you can make an appointment in advance by phone or e-mail.
Treatments: In order to find peace and quiet before the treatment, we ask you to come a few minutes earlier so that you have the opportunity to get in the right mood for the treatment. Please understand that we can not extend the treatment in case of a delay on your part.
Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the respective application. Please understand that if you fail to comply with our cancellation policy, we will charge 80% of the full amount.
Health: If you suffer from illness, pregnancy or have other complaints, please let us know by appointment.
Spa Vouchers: Please understand that spa vouchers may only be redeemable for treatments until 3pm.
Children in Nature Spa: The Nature Spa is a place of rest and relaxation. In our nature spa, kids are of course very welcome in certain areas. Children and young people are allowed to use the mountain lake, whirlpool (Infants with swim nappies are not allowed), resting place "Träumerei" and the "Tea & chat" room. From 15 years, all areas are accessible.

Offers: Our packages are not combinable.
Calculation basis: This refers to the regular price of the respective room category with breakfast
Advantage weeks: Please note that we calculate a special price for the wishes during our special weeks.
Flat-rate sweets: If you have booked one of our package deals, we would kindly ask you to inform us about the included sweetening allowance (if you can choose it) in advance, so that we can, for example, divide up applications for your desired date.
Applications: Please understand that we can only divide applications into package offers until 3 p.m.
Services: We would like to point out that services included but not consumed in the offer can not be reimbursed.

Opening hours

Summer from 25.04.2025 until 09.11.2025 and in winter from 22.12.2025 to 22.03.2026.

Please note that we do not rent rooms in the winter months, but we are happy to rent them in our Hotel Central in Pertisau.

Payment in CASH

Payment in CASH only!

Please note that due to the exposed location between the mountains at the bottom of the valley, we do not have a 100% secured data connection so we can not accept credit or debit cards to settle the room bill.

Payment must be made on the spot on Departure!

If, however you still wish to pay the amount in advance, you can do so by stating the reservation number on the following account Sparkasse Schwaz – IBAN AT33 2051 0007 0070 5593 and BIC SPSCAT22. Please give us a short notice and send us the proof of payment.

Room information

Single room: supplement of € 25.00 per night (room category "Morgensonne" and "Talblick", other categories on request).
Late check-out: If you wish to use the room during the daytime (until 5 p.m.) on the day of departure, we charge € 50.00 per person. Please understand that we can only offer you the room upon availability.
Minimum stay: Please have made sure that we protect ourselves the right to receive a minimum stay for only casual rooms.
Extra bed: The 3rd, 4th and 5th person in the room receives 20% discount (from 2 full-paying persons in the room, from 15 years, basis of calculation is the regular price of the respective room category with breakfast).
Room numbers and floors: We can not commit you to your booking. Of course, we endeavor to reserve your desired room.

Smoking - Non smoking

We would like to point out that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette or cigar on our terrace or on your room balcony.

Carefree holiday! Travel cancellation insurance protects against unpleasant surprises!

In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out "European Travel Insurance".

Wi-Fi

Free internet is available on the ground floor of the Alpengenusshof, in the "Tee & Plauderstube" in the nature spa and in all of our rooms and suites.

From midnight to 7 a.m. you can enjoy a radiation- and disturbance-free living environment. Healthy sleep without radiation - all our rooms & suites are then free of WiFi and mobile phone. (In emergencies, we can also cancel the time slot for each room)
